The room, bed, etc were all perfect. Very clean, well kept, and very recently sized. The transport options nearby were pretty good, and the location is perfect for the Stampede. The hotel breakfast was pretty good, and definitely a good way to start each day. The staff are extremely helpful, kind, and willing to accommodate pretty much any reasonable request.

It was perfect! From being greeted by the very kind gentleman at the front desk, I knew we picked the right place. Our room was SPOTLESS. So cozy, quiet, and perfect room temperature controls! I even made dinner in our room, thanks to the fridge and microwave. I can’t believe I pondered staying here, due to previous poor comments. This place was outstanding, from start to finish. The free breakfast to start the day was an added bonus! Who doesn’t want toast, scramblers eggs and sausage for breakfast (or tons of other healthier choices lol). We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay, from the staff to the accommodations!! 10++++

Easy check in, and ease of access to the building. Fair amount of parking. But tight if you have a bigger vehicle but lots of parking on the street as well if needed. Complimentary breakfast was fully stocked with a fair amount of options. The pool is smaller but the slide makes up for it, the kids loved it.

Staff were excellent! Close to town! Rooms were good and the bed was pretty comfy, can’t complain too much!

Location and close to the biggest mall of Calgary - Chinook Center. Hotel is close to Asian Restaurants like Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai restos. Had extended our stay since flight got delayed. Requested for another night stay, they handled it quite fast & easy.

Room was very clean with all the facilities. Breakfast included in the price was plus. Good continental breakfast was availeable. Reception team was very friendly and helpfull. Check In was very fast. Overall we enjoyed our one night stay before heading to Banff.

we came here specifically due to its location and the water slide/pool for my son! we drove 14 hours from Victoria BC straight with a 2.5 year old so it was nice to get to a nice clean comfortable place. was disappointed in the pool at first as it was frigid cold and the slide wasn’t on. my son who we bribed with the pool for 14 hours didn’t even want to go in. we ended up going to a Rec centre and having a blast then we came back to the hotel (the next day) and the pool was warm and the slide was on! so it was nice that they got that sorted quickly! the breakfast was great and would come back for sure!

We had 3 rooms on the same floor which made it easy with kids. The grandkids loved the pool and slide. The breakfast was very nice as well.
